How often should I use the Bioactive Cleanser?

If your skin tends to become oily quickly, use the cleanser twice daily. For dry or sensitive skin, use the cleanser in the evening and rinse with just water in the mornings.

what makes a formula “bioactive”?

Can I use it to remove make-up and SPF?

The Bioactive cleanser is great in removing everyday makeup, impurities and  SPF. To remove waterproof make-up we advise using first a make-up remover.

Why is the fragrance listed as "allergen-free"?

EU regulations require disclosure of 26 fragrance allergens above certain concentrations. Our fragrance blend is free of all 26, making it more suitable for sensitive and eczema-prone skin. This is often more gentle than certain essential oils. 

What does "palm-free glycerin" mean?

Most glycerin is a by-product of palm oil biodiesel production. Ours is sourced from non-palm vegetable sources, maintaining the same hydrating efficacy with significantly lower environmental impact.
